On November 13th from 2-5 PM, Creatives in Medicine will be hosting our a student-faculty art+writing showcase! The event is open reception and we will even have live music as you peruse all the wonderful submissions from your professors and peers.

If you'd like to submit a piece or sign up to play some music, fill out the form below. All mediums are welcome, you can submit anonymously, and you do not need to have your piece finished before filling out the form (but plan your time accordingly to have it ready prior to the art show).
