Need a refresher on Title IX?

Title IX is a federal law that applies to all colleges, universities, and school districts that receive federal financial assistance. The law is designed to protect all participants in the university’s educational programs from discrimination on the basis of sex, including parents/guests, students, and employees. Title IX also prohibits sexual harassment, which includes sexual assault, dating and domestic violence, and sex-based stalking.

NEOMED is committed to ensuring that its students, employees, and guests are free from discrimination and harassment in connection with any program or activity conducted on or by the University. It is essential that all faculty and staff are aware of Title IX protections, reporting options, and how they can contribute to a safe and supportive campus community.

Please sign up for one or both spring training opportunities!

Training will cover topics such as sexual harassment, relationship violence, stalking, consent, sexual assault prevention, and more.

Virtual:
Participants will be provided with an online training module through Vector Solutions.
In Person:
One-hour refresher course on March 14, 2025, from 12-1 pm in Meshel Hall
